I just had to write to say thank you so much for my beautiful fascinator.  It arrived whilst I was away on holiday and was such a wonderful parcel to open upon my return today. 
 
I had been searching for some while in the shops for a navy blue fascinator, but they are few and far between in navy, and those I did see were just not good enough.  Luckily I came across your website (and can I congratulate you on a great, user-friendly website too) and I am so glad that I did.  Your service is second to none, from your prompt response, your progress update and speedy delivery, your excellant packaging and finally, the fascinator itself.  It is absolutely gorgeous - the best I have seen, anywhere, and I don't just mean in navy, but the best I have seen ever, in any colour.  I can't wait to wear it.
 
I will be wearing it this weekend for a wedding and then at a later date for Ladies Day at the races, and then for a further wedding (although I'm already thinking the second wedding would be a good excuse for another new outfit just so that I can order another fascinator from you!).
