We do our utmost at all times to make an exact copy of the fascinator as advertised, however, due to the fact that we are working with natural products and each piece is individually hand-made, variations may occur.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all colours are represented accurately, however, we will not be held responsible for colour variations as they may appear on different monitors and we urge you to make use of our free colour sample service.
Feathers are a natural product and therefore sometimes carry slight imperfections, however, Titfer Designs will always do their best to supply you with the impossible - perfect feathers.
Please note that the shape and size of a mannequin head differs somewhat to that of the female adult head
and subsequently the fascinators advertised may appear slightly larger on the photo than they actually are.

Payment
For payment by Bank Transfer. Payment is expected within 4 days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) and work will not commence until payment has been received. You will receive an email confirming receipt of payment as soon as it appears on our bank account.
Orders, Returns and Delivery:
When ordering a bespoke piece a 25% non refundable deposit will be required before work can commence.
All pieces that are custom made to your specifications are in accordance with the Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations non-returnable. However, if you feel that there is a reason for return we would ask you to inform us in writing, preferably within 24 hours of receipt of item, but in any case with a written notice of cancellation within 7 working days of receipt and returning the item (at customer's cost) by means of the original postage within 14 working days of receipt. Item must be received in the same condition as sent to purchaser.
In the event that an order is lost in the post a claim cannot be submitted until 15 working days after sending, this is the amount of time stipulated by Royal Mail before they acknowledge that a parcel has been lost.
Should your order be damaged in the post please notify us in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
Titfer Designs will at all times have your goods dispatched to you within the timeframe advertised, however, Titfer Designs will not be held responsible for any import duties or delays caused by Royal Mail, couriers and/or local customs authorities and are consequently not obliged to refund delivery or order charges in these cases.
